Acceptable formats for images


1. psd (photoshop layered version)

All files must be a minimum resolution of a true 300dpi. Anything less can result in your image being blury.
If your image or artwork does not meet our requirements, this will result in additional delays and extra charges applied before starting your project.


Work will begin once the master and all images are recieved in there correct formats.


We are not responcible for any delays,

missed deadlines when its a result of your images being in a wrong format,

Shipping or Transportation delays or non receit of Credit Card Payment.

Payment in full must be received before any work on your project begins.


Once credit card payment is received in full then the next open time slot will be scheduled in order to give you the best service and turn around time for your project.


The final appearance or look and quality of your project is 100% dependant upon the quality of the original images.
We are not responsible for any errors or missing content in the dvd master you send to us.


Please make sure that all content is varified and correct before you send us your disc master.


You do not need a ftp program to upload your files to our server.
